We are Jeff and Debbie Harper originally from the Austin, Texas area. We have been in Colorado for most of the last 15 years. We have been Smoking meat and Catering for over 25 years. We love to cook and love to see the faces of people who really enjoy good food. Jeff slow smokes the meat over oak for the best possible flavor. We have 2 sons, one lives in Texas and the other lives here in Colorado. We have 4 Grandchildren which we would be happy to tell you about! We have too many Dogs and 2 horses. Crackers Catering originated back in the late 70's from a restaurant called Crackers that was located just west of the Bijou St. bridge and downtown Colorado Springs. After catering from this location for numerest years, Crackers Catering move to the Trolley Coach Restaurant on Hwy 24. Catering from this location, Crackers then move to the Tam O' Sham Pub on the Garden of the Gods Rd. Apx. 9 ½ years ago the pub was sold and Crackers Catering moved to its present location at 6760 North Academy Blvd.
