Description:	Crackers Catering originated back in the late 70's from a restaurant called Crackers that was located just west of the Bijou St. bridge and downtown Colorado Springs. After catering from this location for numerest years, Crackers Catering move to the Trolley Coach Restaurant on Hwy 24. Catering from this location, Crackers then move to the Tam O' Sham Pub on the Garden of the Gods Rd. Apx. 9 ½ years ago the pub was sold and Crackers Catering moved to its present location at 6760 North Academy Blvd.
