We are a local company catering to Houston Texas and the surrounding areas. We specialize in gourmet Nathan's brand hot dogs, locally made Holmes smoked sausage and barbeque brisket. Our catering setup up includes a unique griddle steam cart. Our catering cart is permitted by Harris County Health Department. The owner is Certified in Food Safety. We can prepare our foods at your location or deliver them to you.

Parties catered to your location also include: A minimum of two Service staff who set up and serve your guests. Two-Hours buffet management (Larger parties require more serving time and we will stay!) Serving Dishes and Utensils, to keep your food at the proper temperatures.
